Das Zirbenhof-Kulinarikteam hat sich der zeitgemäßen alpinen Genusskultur verschrieben. Die frischen Gerichte greifen moderne Foodtrends auf und zeigen eine Vorliebe für regionale Produkte und Zutaten. Auf individuelle Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien werden wir, wenn möglich, gerne Rücksicht nehmen. Geben Sie uns besondere Ernährungsbedürfnisse am besten bereits bei der Buchung bekannt.
Herzstück des Panoramarestaurants ist unsere elegante Buffet-Landschaft, die Küchenfeeling wie zuhause mit höchstem Komfort verbindet. Hier beginnt der Urlaubstag mit einem reich gedeckten Frühstücksbuffet und hier startet auch das abendliche Viergang-Wahlmenü mit einer großen Auswahl an Salaten und Vorspeisen. Suppen, Hauptspeisen und Desserts werden anschließend an den Tisch serviert. Übrigens: Details wie Bio-Frühstückseier vom Fügenberg sind kein Zufall, sondern Ausdruck unserer Philosophie.

Fresh flurries of snow, the flawless blue sky, the perfectly prepared slopes. We have all of the ingredients for a magnificent day of skiing. But only with the right guide and the perfect equipment can a winter’s day become your dream winter’s day! The experts at Skischule Kostenzer are there to offer help and advice, as well as skis and boots, and will put the perfect package together for you. The equipment is freshly waxed by hand and available just around the corner!
